总体来说这次《CS OL》针对网络化做了不少改进，游戏的登陆界面和房间界面进行了优化，更适合网络游戏用户的习惯，在游戏地图的介绍上也更加详细，在进入游戏前就可以看到该房间的规则，进入游戏后的读取画面还能看见地图的简介，方便新手掌握地形。在警匪的选择上，双方的介绍更加详细，除了文字说明还配了图，亲切感倍增，人物的外形也更加的细致。新增加的死亡模式，玩起来相当爽快，只要杀人就行了，而且死了之后不用等下局开始，就会很快在出生点重生。
